Bad servcie

Very bad Experience, have been trying to organise fibre to be installed at a clients place in Dunkeld West Johannesburg, the 2 neighbours on either side of them has fibre from openserve, I have spoken to so many different departments within Open serve still waiting to know why that house can not get fibre, this i pathetic service, good luck to anyone trying to get connected with openserve.
