Bad experience internet outage

I am so disappointed in Afrihost Openserve. From the first time I experienced an error my router resulting into “internet outage”, I had trouble. This problem occurred at least six times in the last two years and it they never resolve the issue. I always have to google to try and fix the error. This time we had another outage last week Thursday and the I communicated via WhatsApp with various of consultants. No one has been able to solve the error and I am unable to proceed with my online studies because of this. They keep saying that Openseve is working on the problem and they keep apologising however they don’t do anything. I am cancelling the services.
