BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OPENSERVE!

Vodacom logged a ticket for openserve to fix my fibre connection two days ago!!! I am STILL waiting for a technician to come!!! They habe not even had the decency to make contact with me?! I run a b and b and have had my 1st customer cancel accommodation because i DO NOT have wifi! I have lost R5000!! So disappointed in openserve.. that they cannot prioritize my connection!!!
