Bad Customer service

I have fiber with Openserve . It hasn't been working for the past 7 days or so . I have tried to call thier customer customer departments . No one answers calls , I will be on hold for more than hour . I further went to a Telkom store and i was advise to log a complaint and someone will contact me . 3 days later still no phone call .
