BAD Customer service

Well... Looking at all the 1 stars its no wonder the service is so bad... And NO ANSWER BACK to any of the complaints... A router was installed in my house with NO INTERNET FOR OVER 23 days now... BAD SERVICE... NO COMMUNICATION FROM OPENSERVE OR TELKOM....
