Bad company. Terrible service. Broken promises.

My network order and installation have been pending for almost one month, despite several calls with Openserv consultants, Bryan and Emmanuel. Bryan was not prepared when he came on site and promised to return the next day but did not show up. Instead he sent Emmanuel who explained that was struggling to locate my house, and he also promised to return the next day which he didn't. Bad company. Terrible service. Broken promises.
