bad brick paving after fiber laid

I have been promised by Jonathan since 31st August that he will come back and fix the REALLY BAD paving he did at our house. when he was here he was great and most of the paving is good. But somehow they ran out of my bricks and had to insert another color into a pattern. The cutting for this is ATROCIOUS! I have sent him pics and he promised to come back and fix it. He is now not even taking my calls and I am stuck with this bad workmanship... please help
