Bad bad service as a new client

Please can someone call me urgently. I am not happy with the service I am getting. Since 29 October 2025. I worked through IEWC - Openserve Application. Apparently, there is an infrastructure problem, but I don't see where it comes into play. The owner of the housework thru Openserve there is a pole equipped with cables.
