Poor response time, poor maintenance, these routers are actually not better than anything. They will not even alert you at Open serve that something looks to be wrong. They don't have a telephone number nothing. This is some ridiculous nonsense. We don't have internet the whole day, I was patient thinking it's a tower down but the whole day of inconvenience with no communication? Is open serve a Mickey Mouse company or what?
