B NUMBER

We have moved to a new apartment Sunday and we did everything on the app as requested but Afrihost is asking for a B number that we don't have it's not on the router or the fiber box so we in the dark. I work from home and it's making my life a nightmare and no one is helping if this continues I will cancel it all together.
