Awful service

I app**** for firber through home-connect still waiting to be connected , it's been five weeks and im still waiting . Apparently they say they have called me and i don't answer .I have never received a call from you ,whats with the lies though?Is it that you are failing to meet the demand ,because i really dont get it.
