Excellent and professional service. The fibre technicians did everything in their capacity to assist to my needs and requirement. They also let me assist along the way and the technician was more than willing to teach me along the way and answer all my questions. They really knew what they were doing and that just gives piece of mind and confidence in their service.

Thanks for letting me understand the entire process and being part of it. It ultimately gave me a sense of accomplishment. The technicians were Tendai(if I remember correctly) and Justin and they assisted me in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria

They (openserve) were responsible for the physical installation of the fibre as they own the underground infrastructure. Afrihost is my ISP (also exceptional service and their interface is excellent) and I am thoroughly impressed with them.
