Appalling Service

Terrible call center service. *********** in the business. Very rude and hesitant to admit they are wrong and were not properly trained. Refused to get another service consultant to speak to me when requested. I'm a remote worker btw, haven't had internet for the longest time with no resolution nor feedback.
