Another bad openserve review

I have been waiting for 2 days for them to send someone to come and see my fibre connection which isn't working it's absolutely ridiculous, but it shouldn't be a surprise as openserve is a division of Telkom which is a state owned enterprise ( which means they ***** taxpayers money) so obviously they got lazy and *********** staff , it's so annoying
