Already Paid no service

⭐ 1/5 This has been the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to get my account activated with Openserve for 7 days now and NOTHING gets done. Every single time I call, I sit on hold for 40 minutes just to speak to an agent who can’t help me and only says, “We’ll escalate it.” Escalate to WHERE? Because clearly, no one on the other side cares!

It feels like Openserve simply does not value their customers’ time or money. I’m sick of the endless delays, excuses, and being passed from one person to the next with ZERO results. Absolutely shocking service for a company of this size.

Sort yourselves out, Openserve — this is beyond unacceptable!
