Almost 3 weeks and still waiting for openserve to connect the fibre... USELESS!!! But then again, did you expect anything different??

I have app**** for fibre, coverage shows that only openserve is available in my area. Openserve comes to install the fibre, but notices that there is a break in the fibre feed. After some investigation, they see that the fibre wire is not connected between the main splitting node and the node feeding the properties in directly below it. It has been almost 3 weeks and no one can assist, not come out to connect the fibre. Every call centre agent is furnished with the script of "I cannot assist you".
