Ag sies Openserve

Is there no way I can give less than one star ? Openserve ran the fiber cable from the box outside into the house over a pool and it hangs about eye level above ground. I wish I was able to post pictures on this forum to illustrate the ID10T mentally at play. Regardless, I have been struggling for 8 months (since we moved into this house) to get them out here to resolve to no avail. In the meantime I have had to resort to putting up a wooden mast to elevate the cable to about 7ft to avoid someone running through it or even strangle themselves. Furthermore, since about a month ago my internet speeds has dropped from 3Gbps to around 4Mbps most evenings. I have setup a proper PPoE connection running the LAN cable directly from the PC into the ONT to eliminate a router issue. This happens EVERY evening from around 8. A tickets was opened by Mweb to get this sorted but there has been no response. C'mon people...what would Madiba say !
