Afterservice with openserve issues

Customer with openserve for a few years now without any problems till I requested for assistance because I have a flat next to my house and the wifi does not work in the flat. The technician requested me to get an extender which I did and now with the extender it still not working and yes tried to call them on 10210 and 10213 and they just put you from one to the other and nobody can assist. The worst service ever even home affairs service is better than theirs. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING UP CONTRACTS WITH THEM AS THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT AFTER SERVICE SUCKS.
