Afrihost Worse Than Vodacom......

I signed up with Afrihost for fibre internet due to extremely bad service from Vodacom. Afrihost stated that they would attend to this as a new installation. The full month's costs for November were debited to my account on 01 November. Noone bothered to visit my premises to attend to the installation. I received an SMS later stating that the fibre was connected. This is incorrect. Despite several phone calls I still have no internet, just a statement from Afrihost Openserve that they would escalate the problem. The consultant could not tell me when it would be attended to. Seems all fibre service providers are utterly useless.
