Afrihost & Openserve - Fibre Query

I've listed a fibre query with Afrihost who works with Openserve Tuesday, 30 September 202. I've sent them all the relevant information, w.r.t. a change in address and that there is no modem, but just a fibre box.

Today, Tuesday, October 06 2025, they still ask me to send a picture of the fibre box, where there is no modem and then Anthony a consultant from Afrihost tells me to plug a LAN cable into LAN Port2, when he was advised that there is no modem, but just a fibre box!

I am highly dissapointed in Afrihost and Openserve with this delay in actioning a fibre query listed on Tuesday, September 30 2025 and up till today, Monday, October 06 2025, the issue is still not resolved. Anthony rather tells me it'll take another (7) days to be resolved with Openserve. This is utter BS.

I am a highly frustrated customer who paid for the month of October but with no service.
