Afrihost internet

My internet went down on Friday the 10th of November and i have been trying to get it up and running calling Afrihost to find out what is going on. The response that i am given was oh your number has been recycled and we dont know how to assist with this problem. Soo the week goes by still no internet still getting the response of we will call you in two hours to check, no call came i am sick of having the same response over and over. I am on this point where i want to find a new internet provider. Almost two weeks with the same comment and the same results.
