AFRIHOST - Bad customer service! 8 weeks and still waiting my Fibre order

Ordered my Fibre line through Afrihost (Openserve). 2 weeks later Afrihost sent the router that comes with the order. 8 weeks later I am still waiting for someone to contact me about my order. I call Afrihost almost everyday (after waiting for about 20minutes to get through) and I am told that they will follow up with Openserve and call me back the same day but nobody ever does. No one responds to the "Help" sms either. It is clear that Afrihost client service stinks and I didn't ever have this problem with Axxess who is my provider for adsl. I am so disappointed and all I want to do now is cancel my order but guess what, I cant get through to anyone who will help me with this either!

I will not recommend Afrihost to anyone in future.
