The Call Centre Agents must stop *******ly telling paying customers that they won't report there faulty lines. These lines are paid upfront and clients are legally entitled to there service. I as a ex Openserve Tech and now still contracting to repair copper lines am at a loss of words seeing a company I've been loyal to for now close to 50 years stoop so low. Its disgusting.
