ACCESSING MY PROPERTY *******LY

Openserve installed fiber for me from a Telkom pole in the back of my garden by installing white pipe all along the bottom of my vibracrete wall. They did this because my neighbor refused to cut the trees and I would not allow them to run my fiber through the neighbor's trees as this will cause the fiber wire to get damaged and I work from home - so I need uninterrupted internet access.

Installation on my premises was done on 04 July 2024 and only went live on 18 July 2024.

I had no problem with the internet until 24 February 2024. Since then constant problems.

14 March 2025 an employee of Openserve came out to my premises to establish what the problem could be. He then discovered that there is a 2nd line in the white pipe that my fiber line is in - meaning that someone entered my premises *******LY to do this job. The 2nd line is for this neighbor who promised Openserve that he will cut his trees to not damage the fiber lines (which he never did) and therefore his fiber line was damaged.

I want to know who the person is that accessed my premises *******LY and the date that this happened. They must come and remove the neighbor's line from my premises and give him his own piping for his fiber.
