Absolutely Vey very bad service

Openserve a total disaster !!! i was called on a wednesday and promised that my connection will be done on a thursday morning. i got hold of an agent on friday hoping to get assisted, instead i was told an agent will call me urgently ( their urgent is 24 hours) .....its a monday today and i 'm hoping they will come through. no call yet by the way :-(...dissapointed
