Absolutely shocking and Unbelievable Bad Service

Experience with Openserve/Afrihost absolutely beyond shocking. The lack of communication, feedback and more importantly action and execution is unbelievable. We place an order with Afrihost in March 2020, started paying them every month. Part of the order was Openserve had to move the fibre line and connect the ONT. Since March up to now (end July 2020) we still are not connected, have not heard a word from Openserve despite sending over 100 e-mails during the period, followed u by the same number of "tickets" on Afrihost.
