ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I AM DONE!!!

If I could give a worse rating believe me I would.

I have been with Afrihost and Openserve for years now and recently moved to a new area. To be precise, the 1st of March. The trenching and line installation was done on the 2nd and 3rd of March. Now, my complaint. Everything has been installed and they PROMISED they will come and test the line on the 4th of March as there is an LOS light flickering on my ONT. It has been 14 days now since they have promised us. I have emailed them, I have logged multiple tickets with Afrihost and EVERYTIME it is just "No we are sorry, we will escalate the matter" or "We are sorry and it will be resolved soon". Now I have logged more than 6 tickets and still no response...

I am so tired of their empty promises... What can I do because they are absolutely TERRIBLE!!!
