Absolute pathetic service from Openserve

I have been struggling with very poor fibre/network connection. Have contacted Openserve and paid R615 on the site called Just Answer to ask 3-4 questions but not receiving any positive response. Now they are even hiking their prices. Absolutely pathetic service from Telkom/Openserve. I am going to cancel.
