8 Months Waiting – No Fiber, No Service

I ordered fiber with Afrihost on 10 April 2025 (Order #***). Eight months later, there has been zero installation, zero updates, and zero accountability. Despite repeated calls and promises from Openserve, nothing has happened. Even after rallying neighbors in Denneoord to support rollout, we’ve been met with silence. This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to beg or go public to get the service they paid for. I demand a clear installation timeline, immediate communication, and proof that Afrihost/Openserve values its customers.
