6 weekend still not done

I have had three technicians make appointments, the first one arrived and did nothing, the second one did not arrive but made lots of excuses, the third one arrived and installed things in the wrong place after explaining in detail what to do.

It is now six weeks and I still have no resolution.

Openserve has no contact tel no on the website, how does a company like this stay in business?

They are useless.
