6 months to install fibre? Still not done

I app**** for a fibre connection with an ISP who are offering OpenServe fibre in Randburg. At the time I app**** for the line, fibre was already installed and active in the area.

I app**** for this service on the 20th of April. To this day, despite close to 50 calls to follow up and get feedback, nothing has been done. OpenServe have yet to even do a site survey.

Today, I was told that I need to wait another 6 weeks. That will push my waiting time to over 6 months.

How effing pathetic is that?!?!?! Can you not run a simple fibre cable? I have never spliced a fibre cable in my life. At this point it would have been quicker to get trained on fibre installation, register as a telecoms provider in SA, establish a successful business with growth potential and INSTALL MY OWN EFFING FIBRE CONNECTION!!!

OpenServe, clearly owned by Telkom. Carrying on with Telkom's complete disregard for service delivery. Swak Telkom (OpenServe)... Serikously SWAK! Julle is *** man...

Waiting for DFA and a wireless provider to now finish the job OpenServe is too pathetic to even start.
