5 Months of excuses to then be told I wont get a line.

App**** for a line in July. When installer came out, was told that not enough space was available in the box, Openserve will pull extra cable. Over the next 5 months, received no updates. Whenever I made contact was told installation was pushed back. First from September to October, then to the end of the year. When i enquired this week, was told the order will not be fulfilled due to it not being financially viable. 5 months of beating around the bush to then be told it wont be done. Absolutely pathetic service.
