40 hours without internet and they refuse to communicate.

40 hours without electricity and not a single person has called me. I have logged a fault, escalated twice. I contacted them via Twitter and they just ignored me. They sent me one SMS at 1pm today and have not responded since.

Cannot get a single answer out of these okes.
