4 technicians and 3 months later I am still waiting for cabling

I am still waiting over 2 months now, you were suppose to do cableling in my area. You have sended 4 technicians to my house over the last 3 months. the first technician noticed that there a cabling issue and he said he has escalated the issue. so every second week you send a new technician not listening or following up with the technicians that was already there, instead you think the problem is just going to be fixed. Dont you listen to the technicians or customers or Telkom? Why are you taking so long, why do we have to wait so long. And you do not make any appointments you just show up at the house, I really expected better service from you and cant believe you send 4 technicians not fixing or solving the first technicians issues. I want to know why? and I want an ETA.
