3 weeks still not a call back to set up my fibre

Have been waiting 3 weeks for open serve to contact me to have my fibre installation completed. There is no customer like to call and even speak to someone, constantly email with no response or even a call. It’s the only fibre provider in my complex, how disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone!
