3 weeks and no activation

I know why you had to change your name from Telkom. Because your reputation got so bad no one wanted to work with you. Well now you're back at - 2 stara because you simply don't deliver.

3 weeks!!! And my ONT is still not activated... What's going to happen when my fibre goes down? Are we going to wait months?
