10 Days without internet or Response

Two weeks ago we moved house and so needed to move our fibre line. Openserve is the only option at our new place so MWEB 'apparently' moved us to Openserve. After 2 hours (4 calls) on the phone with MWEB over the past two weeks we still have not heard anything from Openserve, we CAN NOT use their app, we CAN NOT log issues because we still do not have an account with them we DO NOT have internet we have NOT had any communication from them NO response from their *** email address ..... Oh, and we are still paying full cost for our line
