1 Month... No Service... Vumatel is quicker to connect you... And cheaper
It has been a month since signing a fibre contract with Level 7. Openserve has not called me to arrange installation. I have canceled the contract and requested a connection via Vumatel. How does it take you a month to do a connection? Pathetic service for which I'm not staying on to see what it's like once you are actually a client. And based on the Hello Peter complaint reports I can see why Vumatel will be the infrastructure provider of choice.
