0 stars should be an option

If I could, I would give you no stars. I've been without internet for over 12 hours now and there is no feedback on when it will come back on. No ETR, no email, nothing. I need to do my job but yet, you are now preventing me from doing so. I want a full update on when this is going to be resolved as this is unacceptable. I'm paying you each month on time but yet you can't fix a fault within an hour or 2. I also want some sort of refund for this poor service. If not, I will be posting on all social medias to not use you as you are not a reliable internet provider.
