Pathetic "service" and not even shipping what was ordered and paid for
Absolutely ********** experience and would most definately recommend OneDayDeal if you have time and money to waste - as they are the best at it Note that the ONLY "customer support" available is via 1 number on Whatsapp No other form of communication available, so escalating a concern - even for general queries - wow what a flashback to the good old days of making use of a Post Office; think one would actually get a better response Nope , thank you for convincing me to rather avoid online shopping overall Item I initially ordered - a week later informed that there is no more stock, and if I would like a similar replacement After reviewing the replacement, I agreed 2 weeks later, item is shipped to wrong province, waiting another 2 weeks to have th item delivered But oh so quickly my joy was ruined by what was received Not even close to what I agreed to, as if it was just grabbed at one of the staff members office, packed and shipped As if I wouldn't see the difference, which in this case was like requesting an apple and getting a lemon Still waiting for refund, or someone with a pulse to get back to my daily follow ups, but yes indeed - seems like another adventure awaits me, ever patiently

Poor Customer Service
I have bought a full size mirror from this company online on the 04.08.2026 and by then their system did not give me any order number and the following i contacted them with proof of payment in the form of bank statement and the bank proof of payment , the bank statement also showed that the money has reflected on their account on the 06.08.2026 and the agent i talked she acknowledged that but still told me that i cant get my mirror because i don't have an order number I trusted this supplier as it was not the first time i buy from them but currently they are telling me they cant deliver what i bought and they cant refund me my money , i paid R474 including shipping i gave them my email address on contact numbers but still to date nothing has happened. ***

Worst customer service ever 😒
I ordered artificial grass which they advertised as 2x5m on the 18th of Sept 2025. Pai R800 via EFT. Send them proof of payment also on the 18th of Sept 2025. Order nr 4T4CEWOY1JM according to them. After several days I asked when can I expect delivery. Received the order on the 1st of Oct 2025. Open it up , did some measurements. 1.9 x 4.2m was delivered to me. Since I expected delivery and find out that the measurements was wrong I tried to get them to respond. Yesterday on the 13th of October 2025 they respond and offer me a R50 voucher which I declined because 2x1m cost me R160 and they only offered a R50 voucher . Then they asked to pick up faulty order on the 14th of Oct 2025. No one came to collect. Never will I order again from them. They are useless in replying to emails or WhatsApp. This is by far the worst online ordering system!!!!!!

Bad/horrible service
I bought a mirror from them in the beginning of August,September is about to end I am still waiting for my mirror. I have been doing follow ups they send me to different people and non of them have an update for me. And this is not the 1st time once bought a phone holder for my phone that thing did not stick on my dashboard thy said it is my car I then went and put in in my husbands car same issue I had to throw it away. I still fail to understand why am I still supporting them . The pipe I bought from them the box 🗃️ was broken and thy saw it because thy tried to cover it with salo type n plastic. I just wish thy can refund me or sent my mirror so tht we can go our separate ways
