Poor Customer Service

I have bought a full size mirror from this company online on the 04.08.2026 and by then their system did not give me any order number and the following i contacted them with proof of payment in the form of bank statement and the bank proof of payment , the bank statement also showed that the money has reflected on their account on the 06.08.2026 and the agent i talked she acknowledged that but still told me that i cant get my mirror because i don't have an order number

I trusted this supplier as it was not the first time i buy from them but currently they are telling me they cant deliver what i bought and they cant refund me my money , i paid R474 including shipping

i gave them my email address on contact numbers but still to date nothing has happened. ***
