Bad/horrible service

I bought a mirror from them in the beginning of August,September is about to end I am still waiting for my mirror. I have been doing follow ups they send me to different people and non of them have an update for me. And this is not the 1st time once bought a phone holder for my phone that thing did not stick on my dashboard thy said it is my car I then went and put in in my husbands car same issue I had to throw it away. I still fail to understand why am I still supporting them . The pipe I bought from them the box 🗃️ was broken and thy saw it because thy tried to cover it with salo type n plastic. I just wish thy can refund me or sent my mirror so tht we can go our separate ways
