These people have done me soo wrong. And they are getting away with it.
What a horrible experience this was! I have a dementia patient I am a sole carer for. I needed a break and sometime to myself! Really could not afford it but need the paid support. They hurried my payment then did not arrive at all! Theyre excuse was that they are not sufficiently staffed they will be refunding my money! Long story short... I am blocked and they disappeared with my money not refunded. Dont subscribe to these people... I am wronged and they are getting away with taking peoples money!

This service did ok initially, then the problems started. Cleaning staff not showing up as scheduled, no communication to alert you they are not coming as planned. I had to contact them and only then did they say I must reschedule on their app, I rescheduled and they still didn't show up. They burnt my sheet during ironing, I communicated this and there was no compensation. They completed 3 cleanings but didn't show up for the final cleaning, I called, emailed and whatsapped but they blocked me and went silent. The guy named David is full of explanations and promises which amount to nothing. They are ****MERS DO NOT USE THEM!!

Great service I would recommend
I've just completed my first month with Octave Cleaning. While there is still room for improvement when it comes to scheduling and communication, I can't fault the quality of the cleaning itself. The cleaners did an excellent job every time they visited. I also appreciated receiving SMS reminders before visits and email updates whenever there were changes to the schedule, which made it much easier to plan my day.

Great service I would recommend
I've just completed my first month with Octave Cleaning. While there is still room for improvement when it comes to scheduling and communication, I can't fault the quality of the cleaning itself. The cleaners did an excellent job every time they visited. my experience was generally positive.
I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was generally positive. The booking process was easy the website was also beautiful and the Ladies that arrived where friendly and professional. There was a delay with confirming my appointment, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but once the cleaners arrived they did a thorough job i was happy with the delivery they also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and the response to my concerns where deliberate. It's clear they're working on improving their communication and service delivery.

The booking process was easy the website was also beautiful and the Ladies that arrived where friendly and professional. There was a delay with confirming my appointment, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but once the cleaners arrived they did a thorough job i was happy with the delivery they also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and the response to my concerns where deliberate. It's clear they're working on improving their communication and service delivery.

Very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I paid over R2,300 for a subscription and additional fees they requested upfront, yet the service was poor and unreliable. They arrived on the wrong date, missed scheduled appointments without communication, and later showed up unannounced weeks later after ignoring my calls and texts. When I requested a refund due to their poor cleaning service and miscommunication, they all of the sudden they don’t respond calls and text yet respond new client that happened I referred to them but didn’t pay. I’ve now had to involve SAPS & my bank. Please be cautious before booking with this ****ty Nigerian man who work with Zimbabwean young girls.

They literally mopped the floor only After that, no follow-up, no accountability,just silence. Save your money and stay away from these ****mers.

When you first join, everything seems normal and legit but as time goes and you have made the payment he doesnt not communicate or send the cleaners over. AVOID, AVOID, save your money and trouble of trying to follow up for cleaners who are never sent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Avoid this company at all costs. At first everything seemed fine, the guy talking to my wife was professional and made the company sound legit. But the moment we paid and locked in a date, everything went downhill fast. Suddenly the deep cleaning machines weren’t available, the cleaning crew knocked off early, promises were made and never kept, and they just stopped answering calls and messages when it mattered. It gets worse. When my wife tried to reverse the payment, the bank said the account had no money in it… so clearly the money was moved somewhere else. We paid over R1300 and got nothing out of it. Honestly feels like we got ****med. Save yourself the stress and don’t use this company.
