This service did ok initially, then the problems started. Cleaning staff not showing up as scheduled, no communication to alert you they are not coming as planned. I had to contact them and only then did they say I must reschedule on their app, I rescheduled and they still didn't show up. They burnt my sheet during ironing, I communicated this and there was no compensation. They completed 3 cleanings but didn't show up for the final cleaning, I called, emailed and whatsapped but they blocked me and went silent. The guy named David is full of explanations and promises which amount to nothing. They are ****MERS DO NOT USE THEM!!

10 Jun 2026, 14:46Following numerous e-mails requesting for a refund and them agreeing to refund me in 72hrs, 72hrs came and left. Still no refund. I requested a face-to-face meeting with David and I'm still waiting for the location but to no avail. He is a true **** artist, I'm not the only one this has happened to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! ****MERS!!!
