I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was generally positive.

The booking process was easy the website was also beautiful and the Ladies that arrived where friendly and professional. There was a delay with confirming my appointment, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but once the cleaners arrived they did a thorough job i was happy with the delivery

they also followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied and the response to my concerns where deliberate. It's clear they're working on improving their communication and service delivery.
