THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
Our company, Flashings Unlimited entered into a 60 month contract with Nxatel.
We were promised how our telephone account would be greatly reduced, never happened.
When this contract expired, I sent an email to say we weren't going to be renewing and asked what the process was to cancel the subscription.
Absolutely no response.
But they did debit our account R5002.20, without warning.
We also set a credit limit on our account to the value of R1500.
When I called their callcentre, I was given a reference number and told someone would call.
No phone call, but we did receive an emailed statement saying we were in arrears from 2010!
We have a debit order in place!
Also, why didn't we receive a call if we were in arrears?!
I found every payment (that they claimed were unpaid) had been debited,I have the bank statements!
I called the call centre again, was told something about the equipment cost. REALLY?! R5002.20 for 5 year old equipment - ********!
Emma Murena eventually called me.
She asked me to send through the bank statements.
Which I did, when I asked her for an update, she said they were still working on it.
In my opinion it's their usual \stall tactic".
ANNOYING!!"""
