VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. PUSHING YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT, BUT THEN INCORRECT AMOUNTS ARE BEING DEBITED AND NO REFUNDS RECEIVED. PROMISE TO HAVE FIBRE IN 6-8 WEEKS, WE ARE 4 MONTHS FURTHER AWAY. THE OWNER NEVER AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO. EMPTY PROMISES EACH AND EVERY TIME. DO NOT USE NXATEL. VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE. STILL HAVING TROUBLE SORTING OUT THE ACCOUNT AND STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED. AND STILL NO FIBRE. HAVING TROUBLE CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT WITH THEM. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL
