Shocking Experience!

<p>Since N xatel installed a new switchboard for our firm we have had problem after problem with the switchboard not working properly (which uses LTE technology).</p> <p>I now discovered that despite Nxatel's advice that we need to instal a new phone system entirely (for them to make money of course), it was simply not true, and we could have kept our previous hardware by adding a gateway and router at minimal cost!</p> <p>After a meeting with their MD it was agreed they would remove their switchboard due to all the problems we were experiencing, but when it came to it they refused and have now suspended our telephone lines so we cannot make or receive calls on the pretext that we havent paid for calls yet they hadnt yet sent an account for the calls!!</p> <p>We are a busy law firm with a number of independent lawyers as tenants.</p> <p>They do not even deserve 1 star! </p>
