Nxatel - Never experienced such bad service

<p>During September 2016 we cancelled out contract with the compnay Nxatel Business Solutions, not once but 3 times. In December they debited our banking acount with the annual fee for 2017 as well as the invoice for December. In January we contacted them per phone and we were told somebody would phone back the same day, 20 January 2017. Till today no one has returned a call. We tried phoning again today but the phone goes unanswered. They againb debited out account today with the January subscription. </p>
