Nxatel make their profit by misleading clients
Does Nxatel make their profit by misleading clients? I sealed a cellphone deal over the phone and the agreed amount was R500, however, upon debiting my account, they debited R680 and they advise me now that the amount we agreed on did not include tax, when I clearly said that even R500 was too much. I have called and emailed them to complained but they are not doing anything to assist me.<br> My advice to eveybody, please beware, they will reap you off!

The cellphone contract you took out was for a rental of R499 ex vat or R568.86 over 24 months the contract has been going on for the past 12 months. According to the CPA there is a cooling off period that you are entitled to of 30 days. Unfortunately we did not receive a letter or email from you informing us to stop the contract within those 30days. We have a copy of the recording that was concluded with our sales consultant where they did mention that the price is excluding vat that you can request from our Support department *** if you can furnish us with the number that the sale was concluded on.
